Role
Reporting directly to the GC, the Real Estate Paralegal will manage multi-state real estate transactions, corporate administrative tasks, legal document proofreading, due diligence, and support attorneys with various projects. This is a hybrid role near Aliso Viejo that offers competitive pay and career progression with a high-growth, mission-driven company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage various documents for complex real estate transactions, including agreements, leases, and deeds.
- Draft and manage additional real estate documents like escrow instructions, easements, and closing certificates.
- Handle corporate tasks such as entity formation, obtaining EINs, and drafting governance documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence, including ordering and reviewing title reports, surveys, and insurance documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys on daily issues and support commercial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ YOE as real estate paralegal
- Expertise in commercial real estate and leasing transactions
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
